Standard Demerara is cane juice extracted from sugar cane plant (saccharum officinarum). It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and has not been genetically modified. Ideal for sweetening coffee, sprinkling on cereals or as a crunchy topping for cakes as well as fruits. It can also be used in the production of muesli.
